My Safe Search spider bot is called MySafeSearchBot and you will see this as the referrer in your visitor log of your website once My Safe Search has indexed or re-indexed your website. Our spider respects robot text files and noindex, nofollow meta tags. If you have parts of your website that you do not wish to be index then please use these meta tags.

Our spider bot does re-index website in our list to crawl on a regular basis to keep page content current. This will find new content and new links on your website.

Request Re-index

If you have changed your website to the point of old links are no longer valid and new links have been created you may use the request re-index service. This service will remove all outdated links, re-index your website and index all new content within your website keeping links and content that appear in our search results for your website current and valid.

Broken links

If your website has a broken link that has been index by our spider bot. fill in the simple form and we will have this broken link removed from our list of indexed URL’s.

What pages are index

If you want to find what pages of your website My Safe Search has indexed you can do this by adding site:www.yourdomain.co.uk to the search field. Results will then show for what pages My Safe Search has indexed.
